Availing the load is so simple, actually the free load is automatically added to your balance every time you top-up.

Note:

 Personal experience:
I prefer the Php30.00 load since it will give a free 6 pesos, while the PHp60.00 will only give 7 pesos. 
You double the price with only 1 peso additional, the thing is, load P30 two times will give you P12 in the next 2 days.
